Enjoy taking a walk down Park Avenue & stroll beautiful historic Winter Park. Conveniently located just 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando, 20 minutes from Disney World and Universal, 25 minutes from the Orlando Int'l Airport, less than an hour from world famous Daytona Beach and an hour from Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach.

This remodeled Florida bungalow was built in the 50s, enter into the living and dining room with two large bedrooms with two bathrooms sharing the same step-down shower. The kitchen is well appointed with a eat in kitchen table. Come home & relax in the large fully fenced backyard. One car driveway and attached one car garage with laundry.
House Rules
Guest booking this home is required to be a check-in and stay for the duration of the visit. Unless with prior approval from Rental Manager. NOTEl if requested at time of booking. All Adults guests (18+) must provide copy of Driver License/Passport prior to arrival day. No ID will result in cancellation. Pets may be permitted - only with Rental Manager approval prior to booking confirmation. $100 Non-refundable pet fee is required. DO NOT INSTANT BOOK IF TRAVELLING WITH A PET. NO SMOKING of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vape. Guests who violate the no-smoking policy may be asked to leave the property without a refund. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of specialized cleaning and odor removal. Early check-in and/or late check-out are possible however only with prior 1 day notice and approval from the Rental Manager based on availability. Please do not have any Amazon or other online orders/packages delivered to this address/house prior to or after your departure. If any packages arrive after your departure, we will not be responsible and they will be discarded. No events/parties/weddings are allowed. No Exceptions. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise down after 11pm and not parking in front of neighbors driveway. Thank you.
Other Details to Note
Kindly note there is no dishwasher and the washer and dryer are located in the attached garage. Both bathrooms do share the same shower with a step down into and out of the shower.. Bedrooms have blinds as well as black-out curtains. There are two (2) steps to go from the living area to the bedrooms/bathrooms. There is one (1) step to enter the house from the front door and the garage.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Mostly residential. Located just a few minutes from I-4 and from downtown Winter Park. Please mind our neighbors. Quiet time is between 11pm and 7am.
Guest Access
Our guests have access and can enjoy the retreat to themselves. The Rental Manager will share the keyless entry code and check-in details on the morning of arrival.
