A master bedroom/bath downstairs and the fourth bedroom is located upstairs with its own bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower, it’s a private getaway with a balcony! This beautiful home offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dinette area, coffee and wine bar, a dining room, two living areas and four Smart TVs to enjoy streaming your favorite shows and WIFI throughout. All the bath, bed linens and beach towels are provided. We also have beach chairs, beach toys, umbrellas and boogie boards to make for a fun beach day for everyone. Fun Fact: Bring you furry babies if you go south on Cocoa Beach from the Fourth Street entrance - only after 5:00pm. Sirenia Retreat is also ideal to host a weekend work/ team retreat with all the necessary amenities. Let us know what you need, and we can accommodate! The enclosed patio is perfect for dining al fresco and just taking in the views after a day at the beach. An outdoor grill/BBQ is available. The 6-person hot tub is a great place to relax on a quiet evening. Two bikes with helmets and two kayaks are available onsite and ready when you are. Please note, the boat dock will be operational only with prior approval with a signed liability waiver along with a $500 refundable deposit.
