Welcome to your Shell Harbor Vacation! This newly renovated one bed, one bath condo in downtown Melbourne comes with washer/dryer in unit! Wake up to amazing waterfront views of the Melbourne Marina and enjoy your coffee on the balcony watching the boats. You might even spot a dolphin or manatee! Quaint downtown Melbourne with shops and restaurants are blocks away! Walk the causeway to the Atlantic Ocean, the beach is less than 2 miles away and across the street from the scenic Melbourne Harbor.

Enjoy the bright and open floor plan during your Shell Harbor Vacation! Everything you need is at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen, smart TV in the living room with HBO Max and Spectrum and cable TV in the bedroom. Queen-size pullout couch with memory foam mattress in the living room. Feel free to use the complementary beach towels for the beach! Super fast wireless internet. Free and ample parking on site!
House Rules
Unauthorized late checkout: Guests must be checked out prior to 11 am on check out day. If you leave after 11 am, you will be charged $100. Pets are allowed with prior approval only (Please contact prior to booking to ensure your pet meets the association’s requirements) $100 Pet fee is required. Please do not have any Amazon or other online orders/packages delivered to this address/house prior to or after your departure. Manager does not have access to mailbox. If any packages arrive after your departure, we will not be responsible and they will be discarded. NO SMOKING of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vape. Guests who violate the no-smoking policy may be asked to leave the property without a refund. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of specialized cleaning and odor removal. No parties/events allowed. Quiet time is 11:00pm.

ATTENTION: The pool is closed for refurbishment until further notice. Pets must be approved prior to booking. Condo association has strict requirements. Guests agree to the pet fee of $100 which will be added to the booking. NO Smoking of any kind. $250 fine if found in violation of the no smoking policy

The unit is walkable to downtown Melbourne and across a bridge to the beaches. Bus stops also walkable. The marina (that the balcony) overlooks) has Ichabod's and Charthouse!
