Den/Guest bedroom with 2 single beds + bathroom and the master bedroom + bathroom + w/in closet. Downstairs is another private guest bedroom + bathroom + w/in closet, the den/man cave with a sleeper sofa + deck and a laundry room accessible from the garage. Large deck accessible from the top level with a walkway directly on to the beach. The house is well maintained, clean and tastefully decorated. We have thought of everything, extra bedding, loads of beach towels, beach boards and chairs and a fully stocked kitchen. *HOUSE IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR COLLEGE AGE GROUPS*

With 24hour prior approval, $150 fee to extend til 2pm. NOTE: If requested at time of booking. Guests must provide valid driver license/passport prior to arrival. No ID will result in cancellation. Parties/events are NOT allowed. Only guests number in booking approved on the property at all times. Booking guest must be present at check-in. Must be 25+ to rent this property. NO spring breakers. NO SMOKING of any kind, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vape. Guests who violate the no-smoking policy may be asked to leave the property without a refund. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee to cover the cost of specialized cleaning and odor removal BBQ should only be used on ground floor not taken to the 2nd floor back terrace. Turtle's Nest Retreat is directly on the beach so please always switch off the lights on the deck at night - Between May and October during the turtle nesting season. Parking only on home driveway/Garage- up to 4 cars - no street parking. By booking your beach holiday at the Turtle's Nest, you have already agreed that you read and will follow all of the house rules in this listing. This applies to everyone, no exception.

In preparation for your beach holiday, we are happy to arrange pre-stocking your fridge with essentials, making arrangements for a special occasion (cake, decorations) or just having coffee/cookies/fresh flowers waiting for you at the house to surprise your companion. For a nominal fee, we simply ask you let us know your request at least 1 week prior to arrival. Turtle nesting season is from May-October and since we are on the beach, there are a few rules. During this time, no lights on the back deck at night and no beach gear left on the beach overnight. The turtles come up and nest during the season and we have to respect them and the rules. Elevator usage is upon owner approval/special circumstances only. The decision will be made at the sole discretion of the owners.
